Erin Harrigan was promoted to chief financial officer (CFO) from senior vice president of corporate finance at Foundation Source in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Harrigan’s promotion to CFO reflects her instrumental role in the company’s evolution during the past decade from a private foundation specialist into a multi-solution provider serving enterprise clients, according to an announcement from Foundation Source.
Harrigan will oversee financial planning, risk management and performance reporting for all the entities and business units under the Foundation Source umbrella and contribute to M&A strategy as the company executes on its long-term vision. During the past 18 months, Foundation Source has acquired four companies in the philanthropic services space: PG Calc, Vennfi, Giving Place, and most recently, Pacific Foundation Services.
Prior to joining Foundation Source, she held key roles at Fortress Investment Group and United Technologies Corporation. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she serves on the board of trustees for the Fairfield Public Library.
