Allegiance Group and Pursuant Rebrand As AGP

He last year because CEO of Allegiance/Pursuant operations headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. Private equity firm 424 Capital in Wakefield, Massachusetts, is an investor in Allegiance Group.
