Stephanie Ceruolo was hired as president of Moore Response Management Group, a Moore company, in Hagerstown, Maryland. Moore purchased the response management company from Merkle, Inc., this past January and rebranded the company Moore RMG. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Kent Grove, who led the Merkle Response Management as president before and through the acquisition, is moving into an enterprise business development position at Moore. Grove will support growth across all Moore products and services.
Moore RMG serves more than 200 clients in the nonprofit, government and commercial markets.
Prior to joining Moore RMG, Ceruolo served in senior leadership positions at Epsilon and Merkle, and most recently as nonprofit division president of Data Axle. Ceruolo has spent more than 20 years helping nonprofits achieve their missions through innovative, data-driven solutions.
Moore RMG is a processing, data and technology firm. Moore has been on an acquisition spree the past several years and now comprises more than 40 companies with a combined 5,000 employees.
