Monique Davis is the new chief executive officer at Women Organizing Resources Knowledge and Services (WORKS) in Los Angeles, California.
Davis has expertise in affordable housing development, fundraising, and community partnerships. As the former president and CEO of Habitat for Humanity Orange County, she expanded operational revenue sources by $8 million through community partnerships and securing public funding. Davis has also held key roles such as chief operating officer and chief community officer of Skid Row Housing Trust and chief people officer of Brilliant Corners, both in Los Angeles.
